An excellent soundboard recording, remastered from the original stereo master tapes. One small defect, there are several small (less than a second each) dropouts in this recording. Most people wouldn't even notice them, but once they are identified they make it quite easy to distinguish this recording from the Monotheistic Stages release of this show, which does not have the dropouts. Otherwise excellent, and recommended. |

After reading the review above I thought I'd give this one a go having seen a few favourites and anything with Eric in it can't be too bad. And Luke you were right top quality Jazz with a capital NICE! I've been trying to get into listening to Jazz for a few years now and I think I've finally done it, suitably mellow in parts and proving Eric is the world's best guitar soloist bar NONE! I can now see where he got the version of Going Down Slow for the Pilgrim album. Best Tracks are Marcus #1 Full House, Put It Where You Want and Sentimental / Layla, grand stuff!! |

WOW!!! Sound is great, tunes rock and its nice to see Eric not be the main focus of every song, because when he steps up to the solos its just incredible. This is a nice mix of instrumental songs and couple you might know. But over all its more than what i thought it would be, even if Eric was not on it the songs them selves are great and the band is unreal! |
